If you love frankincense, you’re in
for a real treat.
Place a high quality frankincense tear on top of an
ash-covered live coal, and you will have one of the most
therapeutic olfactory experiences.
But when it comes to frankincense essential oils or perfumes
with frankincense “notes”, you find that its just not the
same. Oud Lubani presents just about the most accurate
scent that captures the experience of burning a frankincense
tear on top of a slice of agarwood.
This rendition of Oud Lubani mimics the following
experience: Two slivers of agarwood, one Malay Malaccensis
and one Myanma Agallocha, placed on top of a live
coal. One agarwood sliver topped with Omani black
frankincense, and the other topped with Omani green
frankincense.
Three different species of frankincense were used in
crafting this blend. Moreover, three different forms
of frankincense were utilized: essential oils, liquified
oleoresin, and tinctures.
Omani frankincense oils provide the bright citrusy top
notes, boasting a shimmery vibrant quality. Aged Dhoop
(Ayurvedic Indian frankincense) oil is the secret behind the
wonderful smokiness (it is the lack of this smokiness
that sets typical frankincense-inspired perfumes apart
from the real thing). Super potent tinctures give the
perfume a rich backdrop. And finally, actual liquified
frankincense resin was infused into the blend, giving Oud
Lubani a three-dimensional quality that fully encompasses
every aspect of the frankincense burning experience.
Rugged woody oud oils anchor the vibrant and zesty
frankincense top notes. There are no barnyard notes here; by
the time the bright citrusy-balsamic frankincense begins to
soften, you encounter the oud’s rich drydown of bubbling
resin, sweet spices, and creamy wood singing alongside the
balsamic citrusy frankincense chords.
Far from the gloominess of an incense-laden cathedral or the
mind-numbing sharpness of straight frankincense essential
oil, Oud Lubani boasts the vibrant richness you would only
encounter in a lavish sultan’s private quarters.
Man i really enjoy the oud
thats in Oud Loubani. Actually a big fan of loubani

I’m loving oud lubani.

Is it possible to include another bottle of Oud Lubani
with my order? After wearing Oud Lubani again, I like that
one a lot too and would like another bottle.

Easy review here. Fantastic Frankincense three varieties
including Black. Never tried it but I love what's in here.
It has smoky flare and best of all is drenched with oud
from top to bottom. If you love burning the two this is a
must check out it wears close to the burning incense
without inhaling the smoke.

Beautiful blending and again the oud is exquisite . Best
frankincense perfume I own already and that's from one
wearing . Will try another tonight and will enjoy
experiencing the other three over the coming days . Very
special work.!

The scent was very good almost with a hint of minty
coolness to it. I have some frankincense essential oils
which i acquired for aromatherapy and massage oil blending
and i dare say this perfume is even better than my those
pure extracts.

If this is not the best smelling frankincense on the
planet then I don't know what is. Supposedly this is a
black frankincense resin that was melted into oud. It's
mind numbingly incredible.

I just got back from a short holiday to Salalah, in time
to collect my Oud Lubani delivery. I've gotta say that
this frankincense is delicious and is the authentic stuff
that Salalah is famous for. Thanks, feels like I'm still
on holiday there.

It arrived just 15 minutes ago and I'm already reeling in
its scent. This is the best mukhallat you've created since
Oud Chypre, in my opinion, and you're really allowed the
incense notes to breathe in this one, which makes all the
difference. The opening is almost fruity with all the
lemony-piney incense and the oud is still there in the
background like a woody censer. This is so good I ordered
a second bottle.

Ok. Received my little BoJ (bottle of joy) yesterday.
Taha, you've done it again. Put some on yesterday
afternoon and like you said, I could still smell the frank
after this morning's shower. And I don't care -- it smells
incredible. Wearing it again today. I'm a happy guy.
Thanks!

Been wearing this day after day after day. Can't get
enough of that frankincense/sandalwood/oud combo -- good
thing I have a 2nd bottle on the way!

This frag is all-natural but because it's both oil- and
resin-based, it lasts. And lasts. I put some on late
yesterday afternoon; I could still smell the frankincense
on my arms after this morning's shower. Usually, I
wouldn't want a scent to linger for such a long time, but
damn. This stuff's incredible.

I tried Oud Lubani, as soon as I put it on, I immediately
remembered your description of theraputic, which is very
appropriate. The blending of the different frankincense's
is amazing, and I love the journey from citrus to
smokiness to creamy woods. This one is very different from
your other mukhallats and I love it. Another great
addition to the collection!
